Thomas Hogg's story is:

• During 1999 and 2003 Thomas Hogg worked for the two biggest commercial banks in Germany, Volksbank and Sparkasse.
• In 2006, he majored in business administration at the Pforzheim University studying abroad at the Cracow University of Economics and the Tec de Monterrey. In 2008, Thomas Hogg studied an Executive MBA at the IPADE Business School.
• During 2005 to 2010 Thomas Hogg worked for and with adidas to boost the brand's global sales. In 2005 he was part of the Product Management at the Global Football Department at adidas in Herzogenaurach in Germany. Later, he supported the Go-To-Market design and implementation in the football, running, and tennis categories for the Mexican market.
• Since 2010 Thomas Hogg has been a Board member of TEDI (Down Syndrome Center) and since 2013 he has been a part of the board of directors at Unidos Somos Iguales ABP. During and since 2012 he has participated with TEDI at the World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD), a global awareness day, every 21st of March, which has been officially assigned by the United Nations. He has also contributed pro-bono to other causes such as Protect Your Heart (Protege Tu Corazón), Casa Hogar Mama Paulita, Casa Hogar La Armonía among others. Protect Your Heart (Protege Tu Corazón) is a leading global institution on character building programs for teenagers.
• Thomas Hogg is the founder and CEO of TMH Consulting & Investment Group, an international consulting firm established in 2012 to design and implement impact-driven strategies and business models for leading companies and non-profit organizations.
• Since 2017 Thomas Hogg is a Industry 4.0 promoter, supporting the Hannover Messe (Germany), the most important global industrial fair, to foster knowledge and networking in the manufacturing, energy and logistics industries.
